" 

Come and see the vintage wine bottles and many artifacts unique to this area. We`re loaded with history!

The Nichols Gallery -  dedicated to presentations of the life and culture of Tongva and other indigenous peoples of the United States.

Exhibit Opened - February 15, 2009


"Conversation and Conflict:  Missions and Indians"

On display are artifiacts that depict aspects of Indian life before and after the influence of the Spanish Missions (c.1769-1834).   There are maps and descriptions, a genealogy of one local family, baskets, clothing, implements.
